1 tub of cream cheese (220 grams)
1 red bell pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 red onion
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (30 ml)
Shrimp cleaned and peeled (400 g)
8 corn tortillas
Sunflower oil for frying
1 egg
Flour
Bread crumbs
Preparation mode
First, peel and julienne the onion and add it, along with the shrimp and the pepper to a pan previously greased with extra virgin olive oil. Season to taste.
Next, prepare the tacos, basting each tortilla with cream cheese and adding a portion of the shrimp with the sautéed vegetables.
To make the batter, pass each piece through flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
Afterwards, let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour to ensure that the tacos do not open during cooking.
