What is sagging?
Weight loss, especially when it is not done following a proper diet and a successful exercise program, can cause loss of muscle mass and the consequent appearance of excess sagging skin and soft areas. It is a fairly common problem in people suffering sudden weight loss due to illness or after operations such as bariatric surgery. Another cause of this disorder is the loss of elastin and collagen that we suffer as we age.
Although the flaccidity is analyzed as an aesthetic problem, the excess of skin could cause infections by bacteria or fungi. That is why it is important that we treat it on time and avoid damage to our health and self-esteem.

Antioxidants are the best resource to fight against the action of free radicals. These toxins contribute to the aging of our skin and promote sagging.

The so-called junk food is an easy resource when we do not have time or when, we have anxiety. But these products rich in salts and fats are harmful to our body: they increase our weight, promote the deposition of fats in our tissues, affect our heart and contribute to an increase in cholesterol.
