Ingredients:
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of caramel
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 box of chocolate cake
Steps to follow:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Prepare the caramel in a saucepan by mixing sugar with water and pour into a flan mold until solid.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs one by one and gradually add the evaporated milk first and the condensed milk later, then the vanilla essence and do not stop stirring.
- Pour over the mold with the caramel that must already be in a solid and cold state.
- Prepare the cake or brownie as directed.
- Here you have two options: the first is to take it to the oven so that the flan is cooked a little and then add the cake so that they do not join and the second option is to pour it before baking so that it looks like a marble, you decide.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Place a container with water and inside the flan mold and bake for about 50 minutes.
- To know if it is ready, you have to prick the center with a knife and it comes out clean and dry.

- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup grated or powdered dark chocolate
- 1 and ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup of cream or heavy cream
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
For the flan:
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- condensed milk (1 can)
- cream cheese (1 jar)
- vanilla essence (1 tablespoon)
To decorate:
- 1 cup of Nutella, dulce de leche or delicacy reduced with milk
- 100 grams of chopped walnuts
How do you prepare the impossible cake?
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and grease a flan or round crown mold.
- Prepare the sponge cake: beat the butter at room temperature with half the sugar.
- Incorporate the essence and the yolks one by one.
- Finally the cream and beat everything very well.
- In another container, beat the whites with the other half of the sugar until stiff.
- Add the sifted dry ingredients to the first mix and then the whites, stirring in an enveloping way. Reservation.
- Now prepare the flan: Put all the ingredients in the blender glass and mix well until you have a homogeneous cream.
