Preparation
- First of all, to prepare this recipe for chicken salad with vegetables, we will start by cooking the carrots and potatoes, previously peeled, in a pot with water and salt. We will place the whole vegetables in the casserole, since we will have to remove the carrots after they are about 8 minutes in the boiling water.
- On the other hand, the potatoes should remain between 20 and 25 minutes on the fire. If we prick them with a fork, we can better control their cooking point to ensure that they do not remain raw in the center.

- 2 tomatoes (120 g)
- 2 tangerines (60 g)
- 1 chicken breast (100 g)
- 1/2 cup of sweet corn (50 g)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (5 mL)
- 1/4 of Cup of grated cheese (30 g)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (5 ml)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil (10 ml)
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (5 ml)
Salad preparation
