- 5 tablespoons of dried green nettle (50 g).
- 2 tablespoons of honey (50 g).
- Two glasses of water (400 ml).
Elaboration
- We will heat the water and, when it comes to a boil, we will add the cinnamon stick and rosemary.
- Let the decoction take place for 10 minutes and add the nettle.
- We will let it infuse everything for 5 more minutes and we will turn off the heat.
- Next, we will let it rest until the mixture is warm, we will strain it and add the honey.
- We will keep the preparation in a tightly closed glass container in the refrigerator and we will use it within a maximum period of 10 days.
How do we use it?
We will do an intensive treatment with this hair tonic as follows:
- We will introduce the tonic in a container with an applicator or with a narrow outlet, such as a bottle or plastic container for sauces. In this way, it will facilitate the distribution of the product on the scalp.
- With dry hair, we will separate the hair in parts to apply this tonic and massage the scalp to ensure that it penetrates well.
- When we have reached all the areas, we will cover our head with a towel and let it act for at least half an hour.
- Then we will wash our hair as usual.
- We recommend using the tonic regularly (we can apply it up to three times in the same week).
- Later we will wait between one and two weeks to repeat the treatment.
