  • 1 ½ package of Maria cookies (300 g)
  • 2 cups of cottage cheese (400 g)
  • 2 glasses of whipping cream (400 ml)
  • ½ cup of sugar (100 g)
  • 2 sachets of curd (24 g)
  • ½ cup of butter (about 120 g)
  • 3 gelatin sheets (45 g)
  • ¾ cup of red fruit jam (250 g)

    Preparation

    1. We crush the cookies. We can do it with the hand, a mortar or with the mixer; the latter is the ideal one so that the pieces are really small. We booked.
    2. In a frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter. We add the crushed cookies, mixing until they are integrated.
    3. We spread this mixture in a mold lined with greaseproof paper. Press to obtain a compact texture and refrigerate for two hours.

    • 1 package of Maria or digestive cookies (200 g)
    • 1 ¼ cup of Philadelphia cream cheese (300 g)
    • ½ cup of butter about 100 g)
    • 4 Greek yogurts (125 g each)
    • 1 1/5 cup of condensed milk (250 g)
    • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (5 g)
    • 12 sheets or two sachets of unflavored gelatin powder

     Preparation

    1. In a bowl we mix the butter, previously melted, and the crushed cookies. Cookies can also be placed in a bag and rolled vigorously to pulverize them. We mix by hand until the ingredients are completely united.
    2. In a mold lined with parchment paper, distribute the mixture evenly. We press so that the base is compact. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    3. The gelatin sheets, previously hydrated, are placed in the microwave until they melt. Let cool.
    4. In a separate bowl , whisk together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, condensed milk and the vanilla essence.
    5. The mixture is then added to the gelatin and stirred until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
    6. If gelatin powder is used instead of sheets, follow the preparation instructions, but use a minimum of water to dilute it.
    7. We put the filling into the mold that we had in the refrigerator and we took it to the cold again, at least for six hours.

    Cheesecake and oreo without oven

    Ingredients

    • 400 grams of Oreo cookies
    • 4 tablespoons of butter (80 g)
    • 3 glasses of milk (600 ml)
    • 1 cup of sugar (200 g)
    • 2 cups of spread cheese (450 g)
    • 2 tablespoons of vanilla (30 g)
    • 200 grams of chocolate for dessert

     Preparation

    1. Place 240 grams of Oreo cookies in a plastic bag and crush them with the help of a rolling pin.
    2. Add the previously melted butter and stir until completely mixed.
    3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
    4. In a bowl, beat 2 glasses of milk (400 ml), the sugar, the spreadable cheese and the vanilla until obtaining a homogeneous cream.
    5. Crush the rest of the oreo cookies and add them to the previous mixture of cream, sugar, cheese and vanilla.
    6. This filling is placed on the base that was in the refrigerator and is placed in the cold for another 20 minutes.
    7. In the microwave, melt the dessert chocolate in the remaining glass of milk for 30 seconds. We covered the cake that we had in the refrigerator and put it back in the cold for six hours.
