- Once in the shower, put some of the mixture on your head and rub it through your hair.
- Make sure to massage your scalp with the mixture for 5 minutes, and let your hair sit for another 5 to 10 minutes.
- After the indicated time, proceed to remove the mixture with warm water. It is usually suggested to finish the rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle, and thus relieve oily hair.
- Once the process is finished, it is advisable to apply a hydration cream. This is how we promote good hair recovery.
- You can repeat this process 2-4 times a week. After a month you can start to see results in terms of exfoliating your hair.
