What are your morning rituals? Do they help you to have Energy all day? Think of your body as a big battery. When you go to sleep it begins to charge and when you wake up in the morning your battery is ready for whatever comes.

As the day goes by, you do all your activities: you travel, work, eat, exercise and maybe go to a party at night. At the end of the day your battery will be exhausted. This is a completely normal process and you only need to recharge each day to get on with your life.

Sleep the necessary time

It’s not exactly on the list of morning rituals, but it’s important to start your day off right. This will not help you stay focused throughout the day.

Wake up early

Its main advantage is that it will give you more time to do all your activities.  Below we will mention several rituals that you will not be able to fulfill if you decide to get up late. The first days it will cost you a little, but then it will be part of your life and you will not even think about it.

Set your alarm for the first few days and go to bed early. This will make it easier for you to achieve this goal. As the weeks go by, the body will get used to it and it will become less and less difficult for you to sleep at a suitable time. If you have trouble sleeping, drink hot tea and avoid heavy foods.

Brush your teeth

This is one of the morning rituals that you should already have well formed. What we want to recommend is that you make sure you wash your  teeth and don’t forget your tongue.

For some reason, many people forget to brush their tongue. You need to make sure you don’t overlook it. Some toothbrushes even have a special area to clean the tongue.  Remember that a large number of bacteria can stay here.

Meditate

After waking up, it is recommended that you do a small session of meditation . As little as 10 minutes may be enough to prime your brain.

After the meditation comes the food and it is said that breakfast is the most important of the day since, when you wake up, you need an extra dose of glucose.   Of all the morning rituals it is the one you should least overlook. Think of your cells as little factories and glucose as the energy that drives them.

The fastest way to get a spike in glucose levels is by eating foods high in sugar. However, these are not healthy, so you must do it the right way. Eat nuts, fruits fresh, fish, pork, chicken and vegetables.  

Exercise the muscles

After breakfast we have to prepare our muscles. For this, nothing better than a small exercise session.  You don’t need to spend three hours in the gym to get good results. Just 30 minutes of walking or 15 minutes of jumping rope are enough for your body to be in shape.

Brush the body dry

By brushing the body dry, we improve circulation and eliminate dead cells. The correct way is from the extremities to the center of the body.  Afterwards, you can shower as you normally do. Your body will feel smoother, cleaner and silkier.

When choosing the brush , look for one to exfoliate. Ideally, it should be natural bristle and rough enough to remove dead cells.  You don’t want a brush that’s so soft that it doesn’t work at all, but one that hurts your skin isn’t good either.

Stay motivated

You can have a lot of energy to do your activities and still be useless when you have no motivation. Seek inspiration to achieve each goal. 

Think about the reasons why you want to comply with each activity. Then you can create a goals board and paste photos or ideas of what you want to achieve there.  Every morning, take a moment to look at this board. This is one of the morning rituals that will make you absolutely successful.
