- 3 garlic cloves

Preparation
- After washing the broccoli, split it.
- Cut the garlic into thin slices.
- In a pan, place the butter and let it melt.

Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the cooked and tender broccoli, cut into slices, the 2 yolks, the oil, the vinegar and the water.
- Then add the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper and whites with sugar.
- Once a smooth paste has formed, roll the broccoli through the dough until well coated.
- Let it drain for a few moments and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain excess oil on absorbent paper.
- You can use vegetable oil if you don’t want something so “greasy.”
