Tuna stuffed tomatoes recipe

Ingredients
- 4 large red tomatoes
- 8 olives
- 2 boiled eggs
- 2 cans of tuna (without oil) (250 g)
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (15 ml)
Preparation
- First, you should wash the tomatoes very well before proceeding with the recipe for stuffed tomatoes with tuna.
- Place them on top of a wooden board and with a sharp knife proceed to make a hole in the middle.
- Remove the center of each tomato and peel them. Depending on the consistency of the tomato, you may have more or less difficulty completing this step.
- Next, you will proceed with the filling that will go with the tomatoes. Add the tuna without the oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and a touch of mayonnaise in a small bowl.
- You should mix everything very well, so that it integrates ideally.
- Finally, add the previously cooked eggs with the olives and also mix with the tuna filling in the bowl.
- Proceed to fill each tomato very well without opening it or pressing it too much. Just enough.
- This preparation can be eaten once you finish with the filling. However, if you want more flavor and better preservation, you can take it to the oven and cook it at 180 ÂșC for 15 minutes.
