Ingredients
- 1 liter of pure white wine vinegar.
- 250-300 grams of flowering tops of verbena (flowers together with the branches that support them) in a fresh state. If they are used in a dry state we will only need 100 grams.
Preparation mode
- Mix the vinegar and verbena tops in a jar.
- Once we have everything together, we must leave it to macerate for four days if the flowers are fresh. In the event that they are dry, we will leave it for eight days.
- After this time we must filter the preparation and transfer it to a bottle, thus being ready for use.
This treatment consists of rubbing your chest with a cotton swab dipped in the liquid.
It is suggested to do it 3 times a day: one in the morning, another at noon and another at night, between 5 and 10 minutes each session.
We can apply this preparation for 20 or 30 days. After this time, you should rest for a month before starting again with friction.

While standing, spread your legs and bring the weights together at hip height with your arms. Then you should lift them while flexing your elbows at shoulder level.
Crossed arms
