What Are Natural Antibiotics?

Fortunately, nature is abundant in natural antibiotics that  can easily be used with higher safety margins. However, remember that if it is a serious condition you should go to the doctor, natural remedies are not miraculous and in no case will they give magic solutions in the cure of diseases.

1. Oregano essential oil

Oregano essential oil is one of the main natural antibiotics. It contains antimicrobial properties, which can help fight colds and coughs, improve digestive problems, and can support the immune and respiratory systems.
