- 250 g of grated coconut
- 200 g of cream
- 200 g of condensed milk
- 2 envelopes of gelatin
- 100g sugar
- ½ liter of milk

preparation:
- Put the grated coconut, condensed milk, cream and milk in the blender glass. Beat well until everything is well integrated. In a bowl, prepare the jellies following the manufacturer’s steps. Add to the previous mixture and continue stirring a little more.
- Pour into a mold and put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. You can leave it longer for a more ice cream consistency and less cake ice cream consistency.
