Ingredients
- 1 chicken, chopped
- Rosemary
- 1 splash of white wine (traditional)
- 1 bay leaf
- Thyme
- 1 chicken bouillon cube (optional)

- Pepper and salt
Preparation of the garlic chicken
- Remove the skin from the chicken pieces.
- Put a frying pan with a good drizzle of olive oil.
- When the oil is hot, add the seasoned chicken pieces, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary and garlic cloves. You can put them with or without the shell, whole or cut into pieces.
- Crumble the chicken stock cube and sprinkle over it.
- Let the chicken cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes and stir occasionally.
- When it’s half cooked, add a good splash of white wine.
Microwave Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2-3 large potatoes
- Salt and pepper
- 1 small onion (optional)
- 1 small bell pepper (optional)
- Extra virgin olive oil
Note: With these quantities you have for about 3-4 diners
Microwave Potato Preparation
- Peel the potatoes.
- Wash the potatoes, onion and bell pepper.
- Cut the potatoes into small pieces and julienne the pepper and onion.
- Incorporate all the ingredients in a microwaveable bowl, season and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover the bowl. Be aware that potatoes and vegetables will release a lot of water.
- Put in the microwave and cook for about 15 minutes on maximum power.
- You can put the spices you want.
